	MISHA F. CUNNINGHAM Conveyancer Misha F. Cunningham is an integral part of managing the volume of transactional closings at Sherman Toppin Real Estate.  The Conveyancer is a liaison between the realtor, the mortgage company, the title company, property inspectors and STRE clients. Misha’s job begins where the realtor’s job ends.  Once a contract is submitted, Misha manages the contract towards the settlement.  Misha bridges communication between all parties, attends to all contractual details and ensures that closings happen.   misha@shermantoppin.com
	TIFFANY BOND serves as a Legal Intern for Sherman Toppin Law Firm LLC as well as an Executive Assistant for real estate transactions.  She is currently enrolled in the joint MBA/Law degree program at Drexel University.  In our office, Tiffany is the point person for management of client files and legal research. 	STEVE ARRIVELLO (Property Investigator) specializes in locating absentee owners of real estate for investor clients of Sherman Toppin Real Estate. In this capacity, Steve’s services are typically utilized in conjunction with locating the absentee owners of abandoned property, estate property and foreclosures.
