Sherman Toppin Real Estate (STRE) has obtained broker reciprocity to transact business in the State of New York. Per Toppin, "By broadening our regional footprint, it will create many new opportunities for our company. Initially, we will focus on listing apartments and assisting our current clientele of New York investors with local real estate needs.  We are optimistic that a presence in New York will increase our brand recognition, enlarge our sales force and positively impact our revenues.  Also, having an office in a global city, like New York, will enable STRE to penetrate the international marketplace."  STRE plans to open an office in Midtown Manhattan in 2009.
